Preliminary Information Form

1. Subject

This form is provided under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation, to inform you before you place your order. By confirming your order you declare that you have read and accepted this form.

3. Goods and Price

The essential characteristics of the goods you order, the sale price including all taxes, any delivery charge, and the total payable are each shown on the basket and payment screens before you confirm. The same details are sent to you once your order is confirmed.

4. Payment and Delivery

Payment is taken by the method you select at the payment step. Card payments are completed on the payment provider’s secure page and your card details are not stored by us. Delivery is made to the address you give at checkout; the delivery time and any delivery charge are shown before payment.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason and without penalty. Notifying us via the contact details above is sufficient. Where you withdraw, you must return the goods within 10 days of receipt; every payment collected, delivery charge included, is refunded within 14 days of our receiving your notice.

6. Where the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply

Under art. 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods personalised to the consumer’s specification, goods liable to deteriorate or expire quickly, goods unsuitable for return on hygiene or health grounds once unsealed, or services performed instantaneously in electronic form.

7. Complaints and Remedies

You may bring complaints and objections before the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at the place of purchase or your place of residence, within the monetary limits published each year by the Ministry of Trade.
